
A deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances and is required to secure your appointment and cover the artist's preparation time.
If you are not able to make it to an appointment for any reason whatsoever, then you are expected to let us know as soon as you become aware of the need to reschedule/cancel.
4-7 days before your appointment, will result in a 50% forfeiture of your deposit.
1-3 days before your appointment will result in a 100% forfeiture of your deposit.
For appointments scheduled within a week, rescheduling or cancelling 4-7 days before will not result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
However, cancellations/rescheduling within 1-3 days will still forfeit 100% of your deposit.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and appointment. Multiple cancellations or rescheduling may also lead to deposit forfeiture and possible suspension of booking privileges.
Certain artists have minimum appointment times.
If unable to stay for the full duration, clients will be charged the artist's hourly rate for the difference.

Direct messages to the artist will not be considered valid communication for appointment changes and may result in rescheduling.
